Arizona is now an Electronic Lien Holding State

As of June 1, 2010 lien holders on Arizona titles will now be required to sign-up as an electronic lien holder.  Titles with electronic liens will be held in the MVD computer until the lien is electronically released then batch printed and mailed to the address of record.
